ok so the other day I was driving and my alternator belt came off lucky I had some tools I got it back on and worked for a day then the next day popped off again. did same thing put it back on (now I noticed that the harmonic balancer is a little off balance) so I try to go to a parts store the car shuts off. I push it into a lot. I had some one try to jump start me not dice. Next day I had my gf try to push start me. pop clutch Still no dice. You can see the lights light up in the dashboard and everything and you can hear the fuel pump kick in when turn the key. I had the battery tested and it is good. the car just sits there and turns over and over. I tried to check to see if anything had loosen up or disconnected I also checked the wires and corrosion on the battery. it all looks good. There is a video of the same thing my car is doing. I did pull the timing belt off and it is all good there. This has to be some sort of sensor or relay or something I’m thinking. Does any one have any idea's. this is my first 4g63 motor. I do know that the iac is malfunctioning I don’t believe this would cause it to not fire at all. Now i have a fully charged battery(when they tested the battery)

When you say that you pulled off the timing belt, are you sure?

Not to be confused with the accessory belt that has the water pump and alt. on it.

A fully charged battery is a good start, but have you checked for spark from the spark plugs and if fuel is making it to the fuel rail? If not I suggest looking at those and letting us know what you find.
Also now would be a good time to pick up a Haynes or Chiltons Manual for your dsm as some of the tests are list in there.

How do you know the fuel pump is working?

OK sorry k_mans here is the reason i know it is kicking on. when i turn the key you can hear the fuel pump kick on. I do know that you will be-able to hear it kick on because when i had my welbro it was louder the stock. I did loosen the fuel filter and there is fuel in this. I am almost positive it is this Fuel pump relay. I can hear it clicking when i turn the key. I am just trying to find where this is located. My Chilton's manual has a poor description of where it is located. (spell check was done on this response)
 
Fuel pumps do not turn on unless there is a cam signal from the motor attempting to turn over. I'm not sure what you're hearing turn on but it's not the fuel pump.

Well there is a clicking like a sensor clicking when i go to start it. The car turns over and over but just does not start. when the car was working there was no noise like that. ill post a video in a few minutes
 
Clicking is the ECU turning on. Wonder if the T-belt took a one-tooth hop and threw your valve timing off and no starty...Esp if he's saying something about a 'wobbly harmonic balancer..' - being the belt pulley attached to the crank belt sprocket...

That is not something dumb. People overlook simple little things like that all the time! What might be dumb info to you is helpful info to others. You seem to criticize alot of my helpful posts, I dont know if it is something you have against me? Just because I am African American? Or is it because I have a talon and you have a laser aka "The red headed stepchild of DSM's"? So you tell me because I would hate to have some kind of bigger conflict here because of my race!:mad:

::Update:: So i took the fuel rail off a little to see if any fuel would come out. I got nothing. Ive been reading that the mpi relay might do this but i am not sure. I do not hear the fuel pump kicking on at all. I thought i heard it but i don't know what i was hearing. So i have narrowed this down to fuel pump or relay. I am however getting a spark. If this is a bad fuel pump do you think upgrading my pump to a 255 would be a good idea? i plan on modding this car Slowly. its completely stock.
