Engine assembled.
Put on my timing belt. On both camshaft sprockets..the outer marks.do not appear to be in sync with the inner marks. the inner marks match up perfectly w/ the deck of the cylinder head..
However the outer marks are off by a few degree's.
How many degree's before TDC does the intake cam's open on #1 cylinder.
