Ok so I just got my wideband in over the weekend and took the car out today to get some readings. I'm not sure if these are right or whats going on, just looking for some input.

Ok so at idle once the car is warmed up, the gauge reads anywhere from 15.5-16.3 and it does fluctuate between those numbers. I thought it was supposed to be a bit lower. Oh yeah and my vaccume is sitting at about 18.

Now cruising in third with my foot on the gas and the car under a load it reads about 14.7-14.9 pretty steady.

I took it to WOT and it read about 10.5 at about 14.5lbs of boost on a T too small turbo. Isn't that rich?

Mods list:

FMIC
Full 3" exhaust no cat
Aeromotive1000 AFPR
Greddy BOV(recirculated)
Injen intake
Aem truboost gauge and wideband

Those readings sound fairly correct, the stock fuel mapping is very rich under boost.

So do you think I should throw on my boost control silenoid and up the boost a few lbs? What is a good yet safe WOT afr?

Until you have more tuning control, 16lbs SHOULD be fine.

Low 11s AFR is generally safe, as long as your gas is good.

Ok cool man thanks for the advice. I guess I could throw on the 1600cc injectors, the wally 255+ rewire and Ecmlink that I have in the garage and quit being a sissy:p. But I feel that there is not much to be done with the t-25. I'm going to up the boost a few lbs, shoot I still have the factory BCS hooked up. I will probably just run it straight off wastegate and see how much it goes up.

Uhh....don't?

Buy a MBC.

Well I have an AEM truboost gauge/controller. Just don't have the controller part hooked up yet. Why don't you think running the vaccume line straight to the wastegate is a good idea?

Oh, I get it. So I will hook up my controller and up the boost to 16 to see how it goes. What is the optimal yet safe AFR? I don't want to be on the verge of it being bad with no logging. Should I shoot for 11 flat?

I'd put ECMLink in first.

That will show if you are knocking or not.
Ok here is the thing, I really don't know what I am doing when it comes to ECMLINK. I just don't want to mess anything up. Also I bought it used so I don't know how it is already configured. Any way to set it back to a default?

Are you a member of the DSMLink forums?

is the 15-16 range for the idle when warm normal?

On a cold start my wideband sits dead on 14.7, when it warms up it goes up in the 15s, and maxes out at around 16.3.

During cruising Im sitting in the 13s tho, Im starting to think my stock FPR is fading with the 255 pushing it.

Theoretically, it should be always around 14.7 unless you are in boost.

An AFPR and a tuning device will help you with your problems.

Im using an ostrich for tuning, no afpr yet, but I do plan on getting one in the near future

and it hasnt even been a problem. It used to run 14.7 at idle with my old motor, but I put a 6 bolt in it and wired in a 1g CAS.

Now it leans out when warm

I also Suffer from the 45mph idle problem where the computer senses knock and leans it out real bad. Key flick on and off and its fixed, but still annoying. I am installing a potentiometer tomorrow to stop the ECU from doing that..

Im just still alittle worried about how it leans out under idle.

Ok seriously. I spent all day today hooking up that silenoid, making it look professional and then testing it out a little while ago. I am actually running less boost now:mad:. I am pretty sure I have the gauge setup right, it just seems like the silenoid isn't getting power. The highest it hits is 12.2lbs.

Tomorrow I am replacing the silenoid with a MBC to see wat is going on. Anyone have any ideas on how to test the silenoid? I even have all the wires soldered and heatshrinked.
