Any lower and he would be scraping the bumper, and unable to go up the slightest incline without pulling on the intercooler. His car has the perfect ride height to still keep it street able, and still go over bumps/sudden inclines and dropoffs without worrying about the intercooler. Especially with that 2GB Talon front bumper. Cars too low own themselves on the streets. I've seen way to many of that happen.
