I know, general post name to say the least, did the searches. Anyway, reverse grinds when the car is on, goes in fine when car is off, and I can reverse fine if it's in reverse and turned on that way. Just had a semi new clutch put in, as well as new master and slave / pressure plate, maybe it needs to be adjusted, not really sure. Any suggestions anyone? :dunno:

Tried both of those guys, thank you though. It didn't do it at first when I first got it back after having the newer clutch put in, later that night it began to when I tried to parallel park. Maybe it the fluid needs to be topped off, not sure. :(

I'd say cable adjustment or make sure your tranny is flush against the block and there is nothing caught inbetween. My revers started to grind when one of the bolts had backed out and the tranny became misaligned. Only took about 1/16" before the clutch started dragging.

Does it grind in any other gear?
