I sure have learned alot on all the rare options that was available through the DSM history. From rare colors to the one and only Fittipaldi talon. Even learned that some of the 90 GSR-4 made it back to the US market.
Link to where you learned this stuff?

It probably has a few kilos stuffed in the wheel wells or fuel tank if ya know what I mean.

But seriously, if he's calling it rare because of cloth interior, he is not too bright.. It all comes down to what you want though. I'd prefer my leather any day IMO.

Maybe it's a special production number?:dunno:

Here is what the VIN came back with. Thanks Absit.

ASA/CAPS Returns:
Model D33A (GSX), Class MRGFL4M (Fed), Option B01, Exterior X13E (Black), Interior 15H, Production Period 1996073 (this is never super accurate, the door sticker will give you the proper date).:dunno:

I still don't get it. I will call him again tomorrow. I was wanting to know how much he spent on all the mods anyway. It's all from DNA Motor Sports. From what I see they are not cheep.

OK Talked to the guy again today. He said he don't feel it adds any value to the car. The previous owner told him it was 1 of 7 made in 97 with auto, cloth, no sunroof, and no key less entry. OK maybe but big deal. Nothing real special about it. Just a kinda striped version is all. It had key less entry added at the dealership. But was not on it when it left the factory.
Nothing rare about it at all. But man it is a sweet looking car. Just for the drool factor. Take a look.
