Heya folk, it's gauge shopping time!!!

I am wondering if anyone knows who makes a red glow gauge for Boost/vac and narrow band A/F. I know there are thousand of 7 color gauges that change red, I just hate having to change the color everytime I turn on the lights. If I could find some that are the blacked out and red when lit would be top choice but will settle for any red lit face gauge. Thanks for any input!

Nice! That's what I would preffer, I have seen some that star back at the first color. Pics?

GTA: Did you do it the lazy way and not wire the Constant in? I did. Haha. That's why I used to have to push the little button just to get back to the color. Wire the constant (yellow I believe) to your radio Constant, and you'll be fine.
If not Autometer makes some red ones I think (my friend has some on his car, but idk if he changed the bulb, or it came like that since all 4 are red.) Megan racing ones look really good, but aren't red over all. Prosport makes some red ones I think. And if you're really struggling for cash, Silicone intakes sells some red digital ones for cheap

Edit: I take it back, they aren't cheap

I haven't done it yet. My roomie has some in his ThunderbirdTC and they are green anyways but he says if he changed the color everytime he would have to change it. So install the yellow wires to the constant for radio?

The Glowshift Tinted Series were bad as fuk!!! I ordered the ones that have white/red numbers and red needles. I also liked the fact they have a analog style A/F gauge! The LED ones tend to be very very bright in your face. Thanks man, these will look good in the car.

Hey cool, a thread about Chinese narrowband gauges!
What the hell DSMTalk?
Day late and a dollar short! Should of gave some suggestions. What would you recomend? I have 2 other cars that are gonna need some soon. As for the narrow band, I don't see the benefits of a wide band for my application. All I needed to know wether if I am on the lean or rich side.

What gauges you recomend?:rudolph:

I'll check those out now. Narrow bands help in alot of situations. For the longest time I thought the one on my GTA was broken cause it stayed in the green for almost a year. Did an oil change and saw a bolt sticking out. Turned out my LH exhaust manifold was completly loose! 3 bolts were almost falling out and others were hand tight. On a 3rd gen F-body V8 the o2 sensors are located in the pipe too. So once I replaced the gasket and re-torqued the bolts it started reading correct again. It helps with smaller things like emissions and leaning out under boost. Tells you if everything is at least functioning. Eventually I will upgrade to a wideband.
