I would love to see some more of this engine. Did you make the rods too? And what material are the pistons made of?

The rods are GRP and the pistons are Diamond. They are anodized 2618.

Nice. My machinist (May he rest in piece) had mine for my last motor made with an .87 wall. Also had them coated with casidiam. He was a big believer in coatings and I have to say they looked brand new after a season of track days.

The pins are not coated nor ave I ever tried casidiam.

It was a little bit pricey but nothing astronomical. I Think it was around $75 or $100 if I remember correctly.
