I'm thinking of going speed density. I can't find any related searches so I ask anyone can please provide a link on the pros and cons, and how to convert? Thank you!
This exactly.Go to the link forum and follow the links to the wiki.... There is a very nice detailed how-to under Speed density FAQ's
They recommend NOT running a GM 3.3 bar MAP or an AEM 3.5bar MAP. They say they either are not reliable, or not calibrated equally when manufactured. Use the one they provide in the SD sensor bundle back (second link).
dmertz said:Unless you have no choice, do not use a GM 3.3-bar or AEM 3.5-bar sensor for SD. Neither is particularly suitable. The GM 3.3-bar doesn't read full vacuum and the AEM 3.5-bar tends to have unreliable calibration and less than desirable precision.

The GM 3-bar is fine to use. They suggest against GM 3.3-bar. Both are GM sensors but they are different.Show me this because last I checked they recommend on their site to use GM map sensors.
