I finally got my Talon running after sitting for two years. I drove her around town for about 20 miles or so before I noticed a metal on metal sound that increases with road speed. I could smell burning gear oil so I drained the transfer case and the brand new fluid is a nice shade of metallic silver. 
Are there any DSMers in the Southeast Texas area that would be willing to trade me a good 22 spline Tcase for a good 23 spline Tcase I have here in my shop? In the DSM gods names I pray, Amen.
