Engine won't stay running on start-up?!?

My '90 TSi AWD is giving me some trouble. At any given moment
throughout a day my car won't start properly. When I turn it over
it will run an idle and die immediately. Over and over and over, up to like 10 times? If I gas it a bit though, it will stay running and after about 15sec it will be fine. I just put new NGK plugs in it, straight from mitsubishi. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on? Thanx

Have you checked your ECU caps?

I've got the same symptoms. The caps in my ECU have been replaced and I recently installed a new ISC. Now, I waiting on a new FIAV. When the guy in the brown suit shows up I'll let you know if this solves the problem.

if the other stuff doesn't work, you might have a vacumn leak. you may have to check out your hoses.
