Should be enough "HP" to get you into 12sTo get into the 13's on a budget consider these
- Manual boost controller
- downpipe
- test pipe
- exhaust
- intake
- upper and lower intercooler pipe
- Blow-off valve
- new high performance tires for the front
That should be around like 800.00(that for me at least). With those mods, you should hit high 13's if your a good driver.

First off, Is your GST a 1G or a 2G? If you have a 1G MT then it should be cheaper to get 13's. For 1G, intake, turbo back exhaust, a boost controller, and an upgraded fuel pump with good tuning should barely get you in the 13's, provided that your engine is still healthy. With those simple mods you should pull some 100-101mph traps. Those traps were able to get me a 13.9 on street tires. Buying drag radials should make it a little easier to hit 13's.
If you have a 2G, you might need a turbo upgrade to add to what I said earlier. I've heard some people getting 13's on a T25 but I don't think that's typical.

Mine is a 2G, and I think the thread starter also wanted a 2g? Anyways yes indeed if you have a 1G than 13's would be easy with minimium mods, but for 2G the mods I listed typically runs high 13's. With only an intake, downpipe, testpipe, exhaust, boost controller, I ran a 13.9.
