of all the shows ive been to, ive never seen a show quality 1st generation eclipse. i know they arent the most attractive cars on the road but come one, with the right touch, you could make a 1g look dead sexy. i want to have a blitz style kit fitted to my 94 eclipse, anybody know how to do this or where to get it done?

oh my, can you say bling bling on the engine? looks nice, interior is too riced out for me though.
you really have to see it in person to appreciate it.

in place of the stock stereo is a head unit in the vents, in the stereo opening is a computer controlled screen. a touchpad in the area where the ashtray is, and full computer mounted on the hatch cover, and a full set of tools. i am not the biggest fan of the yellow, but the car is seriously cool in my opinion.

LOL, here is the funny thing...
a few years ago, I would have taken offense to the interior comment. Now a days, I could care less what you think/like/dislike about my car. I do what I want to my car. When I was doing the show circuit thing I would lose sleep at night if someone said something bad. Funny thing happened after that. I realized I love my car as it is. I make improvements to it as I see fit. I know I don't fit into many categories that may be "in" with the younger crowds (which seem to be buying DSM's now).
Hell its a Plymouth Laser! But its a Laser with MANY things you won't see on other cars. If you spend the time to read my site and see the mods you will see what I mean. There is not a part on the car that hasn't been changed/modified in the last 10 years.

Rice? nope
Corn? nope

Just my 12 second, ass kicking, computer mp3 playing, ICQing, GPSing, stutterboxing, HID wearing, toolbox carrying DSM

Thanks for the kind words guys, I do appreciate it :)

yea i saw your car in person last summer at the shootout and was blown away by all the trick equipment installed. awesome setup again man.

here just for your efforts :tree:

I'm here, just lurking most times. I try to only post when necessary, or I have something to add. I appreciate a place where I can read about body mods/audio stuff so I'll always be around.

As an aside, I hope you guys are all planning on going to the shootout this year. Car show should be even better this year!!

Thanks again for the kind words guys :)

Hopefully this year I will be able to say its an 11 second car!!

Interesting look with the 3g wheels :)
Thats what I like, something DIFFERENT.

One thing you guys have to keep in mind too is...

1g cars are 8-12 years old now, its a bitch to find one that is clean, or hell even keep one clean if you have owned it like me from day one. You have to appreciate anyone who can spend the time/effort that is required to keep a 10 year old car in show quality condition, hell even clean for that matter.

You 2g guys will understand in a few more years!!

Mine's probably not "show quality" but it's clean.

get those bosch platinum +4's out of your engine

there isn't a turbo specific listing for those because the ground straps are known to break off under pressurized conditions such as turbo or super charged cars. trust me i sold these things for over a year and even bosch knows this. the part number you bought is designed for an na, but since the heads are the same it'll go into your car. serioously take these out before something happens.

Actually I'm getting a set of NGK plugs and wires with my next check. I don't drive it that much since I have my Ford Probe as my daily driver. That's what the car came with when I bought it last year.

Also I've installed springs since that picture so it's a little lower now. Will have new pics soon.

I saw Mark's car at the SO a few years ago, sweet back then, and just as sweet now. Plus he is cool as hell to talk to.
HE is a good rep for the DSM Community!

here is my car

cut and paste it in your Browser...thats what it used to look like...not anymore...it has 2G blitz side skirts now and a tail light conversion with an andys rear bumper... I have won a trophy at every show I have entered...gone from mild to wild...
