For the intercooler group buys we are thinking of starting off with a big summer bang and do one for 'The Cooler" and one for
"The Fridge". check them out here http://www.spoolinup.com/html/DSM/2G/intercooler.html

Both intercoolers use the most recent technological advancement in core technology, extruded tube and fin. Both come with everything you need to get it on the car, pipes, hoses, brackets and heavy duty clamps. They also come with a free powdercoating color of your choice on the pipes. I will have the polished photo (extra fee) and red pipes (free) soon.

The cooler goes for $800 with everything, so the group buy will of course be lower.

The fridge is actually $950 with everything (web guys slow on updates), so that will be lower. The Fridge is the biggest and baddest ic in the dsm world. Check out what our supra front mount did having almost the identical core dimensions. http://www.spoolinup.com/html/Supra/MRK 4/intercooler.html
HIt the details button for the flow numbers.
The fridge is 4 inches thick and will need bumper trimming, or you can get our aluminum cut out that bolts on to save weight and trimming time.

The Cooler is already on a 2g and we have another 2g coming for the fridge.
The 1gs are in the photos and both ics are done.

I will get these going for June along with the radiators and feedlines.

And I am hinting at giving away our new aluminum radiator that month to either a 1g or 2g. You know, its gets hot from then on so what the hell, why not huh?

Can I give you a good eta?

Well lets see, it is on the car and is getting slightly modified in the tooling,

Hows before July, and not tomorrow?

Hmmm...July is getting ever closer. Any word on this from anyone? Has charged air gotten any 2G units yet?

Hopefully this is the last update. If not, I am sure I will get alot of this on the phone and in the emails :realmad: :slam:

Reg went on the car sunday for the last time. All looks well, and it went into FINAL production.

Tony from charged air is the designer of the regs. We share from the same pool of regs so, if I do not have any, he does not have any.

By the way, we are honoring both of our web list guys first. When his list and my list are done, then we are opening it up to the public.

Before July DOES look like it can happen by the way. zzzz

Ok, ya I know. But you try designing this little bugger.

The new smiles are pretty fun :hail:

EXCELENT

I am on that list and will buy one right away. I need to know how much a FPR will be with a Gauge attached to it? Maybe a speacial deal for all us 2G owners who have been waiting so patiently on the list?:D

Agreed ! I think I'm #4 ! Yeee haw. :D

Good point -- getting a gauge fitted right out of the gates. I'm going to want that also ! Can you pre-fit those Mike ? I'd prefer a full A-FPR replacement that has a 0-60psi or something gauge already ON IT. If I want to read higher than that, the car will obviously have to be moving, and I'll get another electronic pressure gauge mounted on the interior.

2G accurate fuel control is tricky. The space at the end of the rail sure does fight with the cam gears / cover. Having looked around for alternatives, I can understand what they are going through.

This is your chance for redemption Mike !!! hehe

I am going to be selling the 0-60 liquid filled summit gauges for $20 each just to blow out the 33 I already have. Thats what summit made me pay for 50 of them each.
And we might have our own 0-100 psi liquids for $25 for the list guys when the regs are ready as a package deal due to the wait.

Now there is not a fitting with this reg. So it really is as easy as just screwing on the gauge into the reg. I do not want to ship them both attached to each other due to any problems that might and probably would happen with our luck and shipping companies. It really is not hard to just screw in the 1/8th npt right into the port in the reg. I bet it would take 30 seconds.

You should all be hearing from us soon on this one. I should have photos on my site of the reg on the test car.

I was waiting for the 2g fpr to come out, but it seems a long way off. If I buy a 1g fuel rail, that will bolt on and I can buy a spoolinup 1g fpr?

thanks

According to the Review by 95stktrbo:( in Parts Reviews, yes.

Update?

Mike,

Any word on the 2G FPR's? The last ETA I saw was something like "maybe by the end of June..."

I'm actually waiting on the re-designed 1G FPR so I can attach my FP sender at the regulator, but since the 2G FPR is first in the queue I've been tracking its progress instead.

I know you get a lot of emails (heck, I'm one of the pests myself); I was just hoping you could give us a little update. Please...?

they are REALLY nice, and smaller than I thought..
LOL, I thought the same exact thing the first time I saw one on a 1G. I'm beginning to like the way they are small. So Mike, any update?
