Yeah i guess i'll try new callipers or maybe rebuild the ones i have. maybe i should bleed my brakes and make sure i don't have any air in the lines but i serious doubt it's a brake problem. I think it's suspension i'm doing some research and making some calls i'll keep you guys posted i am so pissed right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to stop by the shop sometime this week with the POS to see if someone can try something I haven't already done. Car pulls badass once it's out of 3k-3.4k rpm range. But at that certain rpm, no matter what gear same shit happens. :)

I wonder if it will go away if I drive it off a cliff. :D

JW, I running 8psi now with no stuttering. I have yet to make full logged run. I will probably do one tonight or tommorow.
 
Hi-lo Orielly's $35 for rebuilt calipers with core... I think thats what it was... mines been on for 2 years now no problems... and I got my money's worth cause my core was NOT reusuable :p

I assume the black cutouts is where the fogs are and they are lil rounds PIAA type? If so thanks! cause thats what I just ordered for my new bumper hopefully it will bolt up fairly easily since my front end is setup for the TSi fogs... might have to rig it... but hey... show me a DSM that is done *right* for everything! :p

3" tubing

i was wanting to put on a full 3" exhaust ( i know that i cant do a turbo back cause i dont have the 3 bolt pattern for it) but i wanna get as much as possible.

JOSH- can you make me a down pipe thats 3" if so then i can run the rest of the exhaust 3" from the down pipe.

MAX, you said you could get the hook-up on some tubing? if thats the case then i need atleast 3" from the cat and maybe more if josh can make me a d-pipe. what can ya do? :)

JW, I just hooked a V-hose from the Turbo Inlet Nipple to the WGA. I think the Mas is miscounting the air because of the honeycombs are all F'ed up. I think I might see if I can find the top honeycombs at a junkyard or something.
 
The only one that would affect is the top middle one where the karmen vortex sensor is. The rest are bypass. I have heard people did theirs with straws :D
 
Frank, go to the shop and do a intake leak test. 90% of problems I have heard on DSM are due to boost leak and spark problems. The other are knocks caused by mechanical noise and timing got yanks badly and the car just run like shit.
 
yeah i made it but the whole damn car is gone, or moved i had to leave to get back to work sorta busy cuase of the holiday and the short week.
