IMO that Bomex kit kicks so much arse!

I do agree though, the way they have it for the dual exhaust isn't too cool, but oh well...ya give a little ya take a little.

Anyone have a better side profile? I tried to pull one off and old thread but the links are bad. Reason being is you really can't get a feel for just how far the nose sticks out from the pics so far. The rear and sides are unbelievably cool but I'm still a little iffy on the nose.

bomex

ok so here goes...basically you can get this kit for $500-600 from eracings. i'm there atleast once a week so email me and ill help you get in contact with them or call 1-909-420-0302 during normal business hours, there great people and will help you out totally. now for a disclaimer:

now about these kits. there fiberglass, meaning they get screwed up easy. i literally destroyed my blitz piece from little mess ups, like it was the middle of the night and i didnt notice a small pot hole. when it comes to the front piece my favorite right now is street fighter, i just put it on and its just like stock in size but sticks forward a few more inches. also these places make a lot of money off repeat buys, meaning you break it on a driveway and have to get a new one. so if you get a body kit dont paint it until you know where your going to scrape it and then figure out how not to. also be SURE, 100% that its a 4oz ( or 4 layer) or better body kit, anything less is not your friend. the evolution kit for 3rd generation eclipses are generally 7 oz (7 layer) but lots of kits (most blitz replicas) are 3oz...so always ask.

also

installing this stuff requires a lot of home depot auto tech or atleast a really good body shop. most body shops are dumb to this stuff be sure to ask a lot of questions. ill be posting pictures soon on how to actually install the front body kit piece, eventually ill have pictures of how to mount the side skirts and back end (i didnt take pictures when i did mine so i have to take em off :) )

well with my blitz i noticed that it is about as big as the stock bumper but it hangs out about 3-4 inches in the front. i'll get pics when i get it dropped hopefully this weekend. it's lookin good with the 19's and new spoiler.

I saw the Bomex kit on a car on the road yesterday in my area and to tell you the truth it didn't look nearly as bad as it does in the pictures. Maybe it was because it didn't sit still long enough for me to see the bumper sticking way out. :p

bomex...

if you keep saying the bomex looks good you guys im gonna have to take some pictures myself of it from the side on one of the "bitch" cars as we call them. :)

anyway blitz takes away 1 - 1.5 inches on the front for ride height depending on manufacturer and sticks out a good 3-4 inches more than stock.

i have a semi screwed up blitz piece that im willing to give to anyone that lives near me (orange county california), it just needs a few hours of bondo work that i just didnt want to do.
