I ask because I was planning to drop a Denso 180lph pump from a 3000 VR4 into my 92 AWD. (part # ND 195130-0810 if anyone cares.) Id like to save some cash by going used if i can, but just for sake of argument, is there any good reason why i should blow the money on a brand new one? Do they lose efficientcy over time due to wear and tear, or is it more just a mater of "working" or "not working"?
