Car won't respond

Hey guys I have a 1.8L Mitsubishi Eclipse... I got a new ECU for it... the car it starts but it doesn't respond when I step on the gas pedal? does anybody know whats wrong with it? Thank you

it doesn't rev? Have you checked your throttle linkage?

Yes I've checked it... I even went in the engine bay and push on the throttle by hand and no response... any clue what it might be?

take off the intake tube and make sure the throttle body butterfly valve is opening

Ok, I've done that I checked the butterfly and they open... what else can it be? Mass Air Flow sensor? Throttle Sensor? this is so frustratin... I need transportation
