Point well taken. Everyone needs to take it easy on the bullshit comments. Just because you do not have the money or have a difference philosophy about cars doesn't mean you have to bash someone else's hard work. How would you like someone to say, "All your engine work, garbage"?

There is a difference when a 1.3 litre honda has a body kit and when a moderatley fast DSM has one. Sure it might not be 12 second car (As fast as I would ever want to go) but 14's is not bad at all. The Honda is a ricer, but the DSM is not.

Not bagging on him too hard. I have no problem with the kit I just hope he has or he plans on doing some engine work as well. I dont mind if you are into looks, but if you want the racer look I think you should be able to back it up with some hp thats all.

Nice lookin car man, I like the combination of kits, Im not to big on the blitz kit my self but it looks AWSOME, me im going to put on the Sensi 1 or the Evo III kit

Nicely put together.......and different.

Its not the law to make a friggin 12 sec car just b/c you look good.

Not saying that mine wont be when im done*;) ;)

man i liked your car the way it looked originally but shit, it looks real good now, i like the wing, match's the body well, SO YOU GOT HOOK UPS ON ADR RIMS Eh??? tell me if this is a good deal, i got a friend who owns a rims shop and will sell me 17inch adr DV-8's with nitto tired for a little less than a grand, i think its an outstanding deal, what do you think?

peace

DSMTALK = Not aloud to make your car look different
so true... and you cant forget, post before reading, then reread, read again just to double check, then 2 posts later, correct your original post, just to save someone time later on if they wish to bash me... my car *is* turbo :p

btw, nice car, although I not a big fan of huge wings... my car is about to be getting new looks too, just nothing aftermarket unless Z3 fenders from aerogear DO have good fitment... and a CF hood if can find a good deal.... ohhh and since nothing else was available... 98 GSX front bumper with grillcraft (came with bumber) hehe my cars turning into a hybrid dsm

Looks nice man, how do you like that rear bumper? I considered that for quite a while.
Also, your server SUCKS! you should try to get on a different one.. there are places for free that are much faster than that. Hell, cardomain is faster than that.

I really like the back part of the back bumper (w/ the little vents), but I am not a fan of the F&F "Phat Jellybean" look.

You know, where the kit comes about 2" off the ground...

I really hope you have put as much money if not more into that engine than what you put on the body. Are you turbo? Do you have awd? Or is it a "show car"?:rice:

Yea, I put about the same amount of money into the body and into the engine... Hmmm, That's $2600 for the body. Well, actually, I put a little bit more into the engine. I run 14.2 best w/street tires in Pomona, CA. I ran 13.9secs w/slicks.

This is what I hate about DSM talk. Any time somebody puts on a body kit they get called a ricer. He can spend his money any way he wants; don't be jealous because you don't make enough cash to modify your cars' engine AND body.
Thanks for pointing that out...

Yea, I run low 14's all day w/street tires. Since Pomona Raceway closed down for the 'Street Leals', I can't run with my slicks anymore.
