Q: Will a 2gen ex. manifold work on a 1gen non turbo 2.0 engine?

I have searched and searched but have not found a sure fire way to tell. Some say yes, others say no. One did say I would have to modifiy the 2gen exhaust manifold by the PS pump if I remember correctly.

I have a 92 Eagle Talon, 2.0, Non-Turbo.

Nope. It won't work because both engines are very different. Your engine is a 4G63 and the 2G NT engine is a 420A. Different heads with different orientations on the engine bay...:(

BTW, it is an exhaust manifold indeed. A header is an upgrade to an exhaust manifold on a NT car.
