Well, I am getting my turbo back put on next week and was thinking about my o2 housing.

I know the evoIII is a good size bigger than the 2g housing. My plans for my car are to hit a high 11 sec with a street setup.

I am thinking the 2g ported will be plenty big enough for me, i plan to get either the big28 or l2r turbo (probally the l2r).

Any opinions and suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for the help...just seems like it would be easier for the 3" dp to fit on the evo housing (i think the flange to the dp is bigger?)

How am I supposed to fit a 3" pipe onto the flange that is on there already? or am I supposed to start at say 2.5" and then flex to 3" right after the flange?

hey you said u can out a 3 inch up to the evo housing. The flanges u get form rre is a 2.5 do u need to port it for it to fit the 3 inch. You made it sound like you could just slap on the 3inch downpipe without doing anything.

Look for the info on the EVO O2 Housing. Then read the part where it mentions the custom 3" downpipe... ;)

This is the bit I used to do all my portwork and it hardly wore down at all. Industrial strength man ;)
