OFF TOPIC:
I agree with you that the 16g has potential, and I give you massive props for working with that turbo and getting such good times out of it. A lot of people just slap on a bigger turbo, injectors, and fuel pumps and crank up the boost. You have to have skills to work a motor with a smaller turbo to make it run with the bigger turbos.
ON TOPIC:
I would go with 720's and a 255lph + fpr, just to be on the safe side; I would think you would need an external gate as well; just a quick question, why not go with an internally gated green or l2r? it seems that with the motor work, cams, etc.... you would be able to reach your goal with one of these turbos.
