i think he meant theyd charge 150$ to mold the CF into the headlights per pair, + whatever he charges for assembly and lights added onto that.

ok all I am gonna say is that I am making some awsome progress to and I need to doa few more things to make it look good but you all are gonna be pissing your pants when I show my next pic

I have the engine removed from my car so I am not able to test the wiring.(no power works) From the looks of the connectors and wiring diagrams I think I can get it to be plug & play.

by teh way..........I am gonna install the lights on this car and have a professional photographer take some pics of it (this pic isnt the suprise I was talking about earlier)

has anyone come up with a good idea on what to do with the clear lenses that will be directly below the new headlight assemblies. i was thinking about getting some for my gf's 90 and was assuming i'd just paing the headlight parts white where the light wouldn't be shining through.

I was just thinking about that point when I dropped my car off at the paint shop tonight, I was thinking about getting the front bumper cover molded to the clear lenses, after I get a new FBC of course, but mold the two together, then mold that to the fender, I think it'd be pretty damn nice. But you have to remember where the turn signals are, so I don't know what you'd do about that.

holy crap I've never read this thread before.
i just saw it up there and never bothered to click it.
This is a great project. Keep it up and hopefully it will pan out.

almost makes me want to go buy a 1g if it were for some better headlamps.
I just can't stand pop ups because of the motor failures being so common.

well i'll give ya a pic. this is about a 1 minute p-shop hack job on what to do about the extra lenses everywhere. i figure just paint them all body color.

anyone know if there's any kind of lawa about the middle turn signal since i just "painted" over it in this pic?? does it have to be there??

In answer to your question, yes. There is no other factory flasher on the front of the car. Unless one was to re-wire so the ones on the corners works in its place.
BTW, this project is moving along so nicely, makes me almost wish I had a 90-91!

blacking those out, what about blinkers? i dun think its legal to have em on the side of the car, think it needs to be visible from the front, i have mine in front corners.
