My driver side floormat is destroyed, it has two huge holes in it, does anyone know where i can purchase a new one or if i have to both the driver and passenger side floormats- oem style perferred? thank you

Just call up a dealer to order the OEM ones, that's what I did.

They look good an more importantly fit excellent

Well I did this last year for my 1G. I went to a (former) Eagle dealer that is just a Chrsler/Jeep place now.
I ordered them, and of course they gave me 2G ones
Took them back, clarified it and 2 weeks later I got them. The counter guy said they were the last ones on the east coast, not sure if he was correct.
But the quality is not the same as the ones that came on the car.
The color was very close but not exact.
The backing on the original ones was rubber with the little spikes to grip it to the carpet. Whereas the new OEM ones are a fabric material that required the use of a supplied holder. The kind you screw into the floor carpet and goes through a hole in the floormat, but this is only on the drivers side. The passengers one slides around like a MOFO.
Worth the $45 I spent? That it is up to you.

I was going to buy them for my car, the dealer wants $60 for both. I talked to a detail shop after that and he said he gaurantee's he can get them clean. He says he will do a total carpet and dash shampoo for $45. I have not done either one yet but I really would like to get the inside detailed.
