First of all the shocks that I will be getting are the 5-Way Adjustable Tokico Illuminas. I'm looking for some good lowering springs to mate these to. I want a good ride not too bouncy. I'm sure the tokicos will help out a lot with the ride quality. I've narrowed it down to 3 springs.

Neuspeed-(1.4" Front Drop, 1.3" Rear Drop)
Eibach Pro-Kit(1.3" Frt Drop, 1.3" Rear Drop)
H&R (1.7" Front Drop, 1.4" Rear Drop)

I haven't heard much about the neuspeed springs. I've heard some good things about the Eibachs except that the ride is sometimes very stiff and bouncy. I've heard very good things about the H&R's. My friend had them on his MR2. Since I'm AWD I don't want to add too much stress on the drivetrain parts in the rear. I've also heard that you shouldn't lower AWD's too much. I'd like to get any advice or experiences with these springs. I'd like to know if all of these will lower my car conservatively enough not to cause excess strain on the drivetrain. I'm leaning towards the H&R's right now so do you think they would lower the car too much? Also will these springs lower the car to the point that I'd need to purchase camber adjuster kits to help align the car or will they not lower the car to the point that the camber angle is severely altered. Any help or advice is gladly appreciated.

Like I said I'm beginning to lean towards getting the H&R's, but I wasn't sure if that drop would be too low for an AWD. Will I have to purchase camber kits to assist in proper alignment with a drop this low?

1.7" front is too low IMO. Then you have to really worry about touch up paint, plowing rocks into the FMIC, etc.

probably need to get a camber kit for the front, too.

Read my reply to your other post. Eibachs are not stiff, if they are any softer then I may as well not lower the car.

Was 1.7" the approximate drop? Cause it may end up being 2" once you get them on. Thats the thing about springs. They seem to drop each car a little different. I was on 2gnt.com forum and a lot of those guys are using pro-kits. Some have a 1.5" drop from the springs and some have 1.2". It seems to vary a little bit. I am still decideing which springs/coilovers to go with myself. But it seems like the coilovers are going to be the better choice for me. Boosted20g got me thinking about winter time and the pain in the arse it would be to put the stock springs back on if for some reason I needed to. Just something to consider.

I would not get neuspeeds unless you dont mind a really stiff ride. My brother has them on his accord and the ride quality is just horrible. His car handles really well though. I have heard good things about h&r's.
