i'm curious as to why??
for starters...the fuel tank itself is in a way a cooler. it has thin walls and plenty of room for cool air to pass by it. i also have a sump made from thin walls where the fuel is drawn from. my return right now sits directly next to it. my best bet is to change the location of the return to the top w/ a tube directing it away from the pickup.

in theory moving a fluid a long distance adds heat to the liquid, thus increasing its temperature. the heat would come from friction. i am runing -10 feed line. the large diameter lines may cool the fuel down some durring it's journeys because of the lower velocity.

anyone care to tell me the problems with these theories?
