wondering where to purchase a toneau cover for the backseat for a spyder and possibly a rollbar for behind the front seat. all advise is appreciated. thanks

I would get that one if it covered where the top goes down into the body. It doesn't look right just covering the back seat.

I know this. That is the point of a boot. To cover the top while it is down. Why would you want that piece on there with top up anyway it wouldn't help aerodynamics any with the top up it would just be useless weight.

alright folks... I can help you with your problem.
1. that pic was of the prototype. I have the finished product now available.
2. PM me or call me about that part. I have about 10 of them made and available for shipment.
The cover shouldnt be all the way back because you couldnt raise it if it started raining. The cover works with the boot cover to make a nice look.
Here is some pics of it with the cover in place.
It is made of the highest quality gel coat and fiberglass. It comes ready to paint or we can paint it for you.

Take a look and give me a call if you are interested. I am also making them for the 3rd Gen.

There are a few ways to fasten it down. I had to do it from the top with that sub facia in it for the show. The black bolts are really covers to dress up the small screws that were used. It looked like a factory finish.
The other ways to fasten it are from under the cover. It is a snug fit right out of the box and doesnt really need that much to hold it down. It was part of the design.
I wont publish the price or stuff like that on here out of respect for the rules. I dont want to seem like I am selling these things right out of the forum.
Someone asked a question and I gave them a steer to where they could find out more information.
As far as weight... it is made from Fiberglass. It has some reinforcement to it but it will not weigh more than 6-7 lbs painted.

do you make some that extend down behind the front seats and touch the floor? I think that would look much cleaner
