No intermittent wipers and other probs help please!

lately my intermittent wipers have been not working at all. When set to intermittent wipers it simply goes at the speed of the low wiper setting... Also, When i turn off the wipers (car still running) instead of going down all the way to the bottom, they stop wherever they are at the time. I hoping this is just a fuse or something stupid... anyone have any ideas?

no one on 2GNT seemed to be of any help

I wouldnt know where the relay for the wipers would be, you can check under your hood in for the relay box or check under your drivers side dash for the fuse box, there is usually some relays there to. Once you find the wiper relay turn on your wipers and try to hear of feel if the relay clicks or not if it dont then its probly out of commision.
