Okay I am getting ready to let a guy rebuild my 4g63T engine to swap in my car. I was wondering if I need to make sure if he uses a certain type of gaskets or what ever? I will be telling him that I want all factory items but most item will be out of a parts store. Is there anything I need to clarify that will need to come from satan or whatever? I won't run any bigger than a b16g turbo later this summer(right now i just want the motor put in). So clarify if I need to make sure that any special items will be needed.

see if you can get the balance shafts removed while your at it. It might save you some trouble in the long run. As long as all the gaskets are mitsu oem you should be fine with that configuration.

good luck with the swap

But wouldn't that cause the motor to run rough? What exactly is the side effects of doing that? This is not really gonna be a race machine. It is my daily driver with a lil pep;)

you will feel more vibration, but there wont be any more vibration being made. There are no other bad side effects, its just one less thing thats run off your crank and one less thing that could cause your valves to meet your pistons.

Sounds like a plan. Is it a big deal to remove? I mean it shouldn't take but a few minutes if the motor is already out and being rebuilt right?
