Has any one else in the Washington D.C. area noticed that the street racing scene has been fading away. If any one has information on new areas/old ones that are still up and running please post in this thread. My friends and I have been to many places around here (Rockville, Metro, Pepsi (chantilly), Burger King in Manassas) but all these spots seem to be close to dead now. It has been over 2 months since I've seen a single street race. Please reply in this thread with things to do in the Washington D.C. area.

REALLY? That's amazing! I was trying to follow you guys out there, but we got stuck waiting for the train to cross 28 (GRRR). Also my friend totaled his blue hatchback that was up there on the trip to Expo = (. Kinda sucks, we were up untill 5:00 A.M. on monday night stripping his car apart to sell.nukefission said:

What are people doing tonight? I haven't thought about where to go. It seems like Burger King is no more. From what I've heard, the cops are closing it out every night, telling people to go home. I haven't been up to rockville in quite some time, so I might make that trip. What about you guys?

i am gonna be going tomorrow to MIR for the madness. I would like to go out to the BK you guys go out to. If anyone wants to help make a plan for saturday i am open to the idea. Me and my guys will be out and about.

provided it doesn't rain i'll be at midnight madness.. car still doesn't work so i'm pit crew for now 
I went to BK lastnight and there were a few poeple out there. We ended up leaving with a group and heading off to Expo in Chantilly. Then we went on 28 for a little bit of racing. Nothing organized, just some fun on the streets. Let me know if you guys find anything to do this upcoming weekend. I might be going to MIR this friday, but the Talon *still* doesn't work = /.
