That Sf pic is sweet, but every time I see it I can't help but think of the story that goes along with it.

word is that one of the cars towards the top of the hill had done a balance shaft removal and had a pretty rough idle. anyways the dude is sitting in his car waiting for the pic to be taken so he can jet out of there and get to the strip when his idle gets a littel too rough and the car stalls, he loses his brakes and creates a chain reaction down the hill, ruined 47 DSMs and insurance wouldn't cover a thing due to the fact that everyone was there voulentarily and they were all parked illegally.......
j/k, never really happened

scary thought though isn't it

Personally, I like the bone stock look that can look REALLY REALLY GOOD...this is a pic of my car 3 weeks ago when i first got it and had only done a little to it, it now has the full buschur 3' exhaust. Tein coilovers are in the mail, and I put Yokohama AVS Sport 225/45/17's on it which should look a little better when the suspension comes. =)Also redid all my intercooler piping w/ type s blow off valve and am buying a greddy FMIC in a week or so. Ill post new pics once I get them up. Also added an apex'i AVC-r in the interior, and am trying to redo all the stock hoses with red...but it is taking FOREVER! =P

If that chain reaction were to occur the president would have to declare a national emergency for those drivers because the cost of all those repairs would be greater than the budget of some third world countries.

Mitshu parts are so damned expensive. But you deal with that for the looks and power of the DSM!!!

This is pre-exterior mods, I am hoping to get a bunch of new pics this weekend at the track and I will then post them into the link as well. this is just my baby as stock as stock can be for now, but my how she looks so good just sitting there.

finally a pic of my car

I know what you mean by having a clean looking dsm. I am not all about huge spoilers and body kits. If you notice most kits go out of style by next year. Plus most of the kits they make for the 1Gs are nasty. Keep it clean and simple. If you look around everyone and their grandmothers have kits for their cars. Especially the combat kits. Why be like everyone else. Be original.
