I know, I know I'll probably get a few "Why the HECK..." and "Just eliminate the BCS..." comments, but PLEASE humor me on this one. I'm getting a Galant in ~1 month and am looking to keep it as stock appearing as possible. This includes keeping the stock airbox, BCS, vacuum lines, etc. So, when I put on the Hallman sitting on my desk should I hook it up BEFORE or AFTER the hose going to the BCS.
(Snagged this image off of Taboo's site; if that was a no-no just delete the link)

On the top (Before) image, I'm wondering whether to put the boost controller in the "B" line or in the "W" line.
Currently I'm thinking the "W" line after the BCS, but my thoughts have been known to change on a whim;) Again, if you're just going to tell me to eliminate the BCS or tap off of the BOV line don't bother posting. I found that tapping off of the BOV line for the boost controller resulted in varying boost levels and inaccurate BOV operation due to the two items "fighting" for boost/vacuum (although, this was with an electronic unit). The BCS stays for both stock appearance and semi-safety. Any help would be great y'all...

whether you do it before or after it will still limit your boost level... if you really want to keep it??? drill it out.
Ah, the greatness that is a Stage III TMO ECU:D

The restrictor will be removed, and the BCS won't limit boost, just dial it back a bit under detonation (not a bad thing all-in-all). Again, the question goes out whether it is better to put in the boost controller before the BCS bleeder line or after it. Like I said above, after seems right to me but I'm completely open for suggestions...

Just remove the BCS and install the MBC. Then when you get bored with it, just take out the MBC and reinstall the BCS...

I dont have a BCS any more. Actually i dont have any solenoids left on my car. There is a page on www.taboospeedshop.com thats hows how to do it.
Yeah, that's how I've got my GSX set up. I LOVE the lack of vacuum hoses under the hood.
Actually, the BCS/MBC will be for my '91 Galant. I'm trying to keep it as stock appearing as possible.
After a bit of research and conversation it seems best to put the boost controller after the BCS vacuum line. Any other takers?
