Juns makes one for the 4G63. I heard you have to use a rubber mallet to put it on and off!

ARGH!!! The two gaskets still doesn't work for me!!!

Is there a possibility that the powdercoated valve cover is causing a rough surface and it's uneven and that's why it's leaking?
Possibly. You may also have a pressure build up problem under your valve cover. Check to make sure your PCV is working and the other vent is clear. If that doesnt help, you might have a problem with the valve seals.

The valve seals on my 90 went and were causing lots of blow by. (Exhaust pressure pushing up past the seal into the valve cover area).

Just a thought.

If it leaks, I mean what negative effects is this going to cause?

If the oil gets to your spark plug wires they could deterioate and cause more problems.
