Are you talking about the black tips at the end of the injector? If you are, I need to know where to get those from too.

Alright guys, the part your talking about is called an injector pintle cap. The problem is that these things are next to imposible to find(trust me I tried). If its just cracked and is fine other than the crack i would say don't worry about it. If the cap is cracked to the point that it won't stay on the injector then your in the same boat I was in not too long ago. I had to have the injectors rebuilt to have this cap replaced. i recomend rebuilding them any way because it is inexpensive(10-15 per injector) and ensures you that your injectors are in prime condition.

I just need one so I can sell the injectors! Where do you get one from. It would be worth $10 to sell them for $50.

Thanks alot! I may order Basic Import Port Honda - Mitsu. -Toyota
Part #LTS-500BI for the spare parts and the fuel injector connectors, mine are all broke.

Good info guys thanks...

Did you have that company you linked us to rebuild your injectors?

The crack is rather small, but if its only like $10 bucks an injector might ass well do it for the peace of mind. I dont want plastic in my power or valve train. That would suck.

RC enginering will fix them and balance them for like 25 bucks(all 4)

$24-28.50 per injector, not $25 for all four. That is still a reasonable price! But I just want to sell some stockers from a "spare" six bolt I bought. I bought a turbo 6-bolt from an automatic for $100, complete(don't worry, I'm not using the cams)!

I had my injectors rebuilt by Cruizin Performance, this is their web site
www.cruzinperformance.com
Check out their step by step description of how they clean and flow test the injectors and the high tech(expensive) machinery they use.

It's only ~11 bucks an injector, which is less than half of any other competitor. They have good customer service and do good work. I would highly reccomend them. Oh, and turn around is very fast(2 days I think)

Thanks for all your info Natedogg!
