Probably get new struts/shocks all the way around and that should help the ride. If it's lowered then that *should* help it too.
If you plan on sinking any money in to the car do it right the first time and buy quality springs and struts. I speak from experience. If you just want good ride quality then get the AGX for your car.
Newbie suspension answer...Search...dsm.org is a good place to start...Im just kidding though, but seriously though search, pretty much all has been talked about, why do you think I have so few posts.
i really wouldnt go searching on ebay for parts unless u know what ur looking for. theres many threads in the forums here, and on dsmtuners. also theres vfaq and dsm.org, i would recommend reading up on those sites so u know some data about the parts before u consider buying them.
If your car is lowered, then change it back to stock and get some brand new stock shocks, if you want it to ride smooth. I would say, stock is the smoothest ride, but if you want it still lowered, go with eibach pro kit springs, and some KYB GR2 Gas Shocks & Struts or the setup listed above with AGX.
