Hi I am going to be purchasing a RRE Downpipe soon and i was wondering how the install is do i just unbolt the 2 bolts on O2 housing?...any tips from past expirences?

i just installed my Extreme Motorsport Downpipe about 2 weeks ago its a complete bolt on take off the 2 bolts put the new one on w/ new gaskets and tighten the bolts as much as you can for no leaks thru the exhaust system
what does the grounding wire do i'm pretty sure i looked under my car on my drivers side and saw it on the downpipe...but i remember when i got my cat back installed he cut a piece of cloth off underneath and said it was just to hold on the exhaust if it comes unbolted...is this true?

I don't know what cloth you're talking about, but the new downpipe should have a spot to connect the factory ground wire to.

Remove the piece of cut "cloth" and install a new piece of wire in its place. Then connect this new piece of wire to the downpipe and problem solved.
