Hi I am going to be purchasing a RRE Downpipe soon and i was wondering how the install is do i just unbolt the 2 bolts on O2 housing?...any tips from past expirences?

i just installed my Extreme Motorsport Downpipe about 2 weeks ago its a complete bolt on take off the 2 bolts put the new one on w/ new gaskets and tighten the bolts as much as you can for no leaks thru the exhaust system:D

what does the grounding wire do i'm pretty sure i looked under my car on my drivers side and saw it on the downpipe...but i remember when i got my cat back installed he cut a piece of cloth off underneath and said it was just to hold on the exhaust if it comes unbolted...is this true?

i'm talking about on the Cat-Back section....not the one on the downpipe...but is there supposed to be one on the cat back somewhere

what can i do if i'm missing this ground? and does it hurt gas milage

Thats what it exactly "supposedly does" is hurt gas mileage.
I have the RRE downpipe its a nice piece, it may need to be shortened if you have a diff exhaust then an N-1 it is also made with a 3" 2 bolt flange. really thick flanges, good shit.

i cut mine off when i put my o2 elim DP on, so far i havent seen an ill effect, no drop in gas mileage or anything, i dunno... was quite a while ago i ripped it off too, hmpf
