Well this is how the story goes.
My friends integra: 92 integra with a 98 gsr motor with i/h/e 5spd
91 gst: mbc, exhaust, intake, 5spd not sure of the rest of the mods. Will tell why later.

Well me and my friend with the integra are at a friends house.Were just chillin and we hear a car coming with an exhaust so we look to see who it is.Its a 91 gst that a guy owns that we know and he's going to his friends house that lives right next door.
But as he is going by he stops right in front of my friend's car and just sits there for like 2 mins then rev's up and parks. LOL.I guess he's been wanting to race my freind for awhile. So we go outside, And say wassup. The first thing he says is you want to run so we say sure.

So before we leave I ask him what mods he has. Well I guess he didnt want to tell anybody cuz it was a big secret. But he did pop his hood to turn up the boost. But I could see the intake when he popped it.

So we get to the spot and my other friend flags. They both rev up and launch. The teg has the eclipse by about 1/2 car. My friend shifts to 2nd and mis-shifts.The eclipse passes him and gets about a car ahead. My friend gets it in 2nd and starts pulling hard. And by the shift to 4th the teg had the gst by about 2 1/2 cars.
There was also a Prelude that came with the gst owner. So they asked my friend if he wanted to race as if he was the real challenge. They line up both launch good. But by the top of second my friends teg had the prelude by alot 2 cars. So he just let off.
Prelude mods:i/h/e/cam gears/chipped ecu
 
holy prelude cant drive batman.

depending on year, with mods you said, prelude should've pulled integra if guy could drive 1/2 way decent. basically your friend just has a 2nd gen gsr. except instead of the b17 he's got a b18c.

Lol, Yea I no it's basicaly a 92 gsr but I said with swap just because the b18c1 puts down alittle more hp just from being newer and put down more tq from being a 1.8 liter.
Yea but also my friend motor is like a factory freak. Has beat cars that you wouldnt expect him to win even when the other car had a good driver.
 
its really wierd, i know a number of people (not a lot or anything) with spooky gsr motors. a guy in milwaukee here named Miko (sp?) bought a gsr off some asian guy. it had springs and apex-N1 catback. this guy added intake and header, went to the track and ran a 14.2, no bullshit. full interior everything. stock tires, everything was stock except i/h/e. now he's tearin down the motor for a full rebuild for turbo, but everyone's wondering if there happens to be anything inside already.

but understand the teg weighs less than a 3g teg. power to weight ratio.

I second that...

When I had a 14b at 15psi, anywhere out of 1st gear I'd just pull on them and I could let off the gas and wait for them, then pull again, and then wait, then leave them any time i want..LOL LOL
