Install Manual Boost Controller

Search is broken or something, vfaq's link is as well to both links.

I have a 2g 1996 eagle talon. Can someone please post the steps to installing one or link it so i can verify i did it right. I installed mine but it's run'n really rich i think. When i start my car it it almost dies. Then it sputters untill it gets to about 3000 rpm then get's move'n. But i didn't take it past 3500 cause i didn't know wtf was up till a friend said it sounds like it's runing rich. So plz help

ya, link doesn't work, that's on vfaq as well, same prob.


but to explain more...... i took the line run'n from the wastegate to the Boost Solenoid Valve and just ran that to the Blow off Valve(the Manual boost controller is in that line between the BOV and Wastegate)

then i took off and pluged the other line that was on the boost solenoid valve.

This is what i was told to do by 2 car friends that 'know' what their do'n(most of the time)

Here it is plain and simple

T- the vacume line running from the BOV to the ITM
Plug the vacume hose coming from the turbo
Plug the hoses running from the boost control soloniod
Run the line from the wastagate to the mbc
run the T from the BOV line to the MBC,,
Make sure all connections are very tight

ha ....... ha........

i did this at dusk when it was get'n dark right..... and removed my air intake so i could have ez access to the Boost Solonoid. And in my puting the air intake back on i forgot to plug back in my mass air flow sensor, greeeeeeat. Sorry all
