can anyone give me an idea of how much hp i can expect with a 4-2-1 header with a stock cat and stock muffler. the engine is completely stock with a k&n filter cone with silencer removed from mas. thank you.

1-2hp. You won't notice much except up at 6k, when the motor is out of breath anyhow. You aren't making the car breath much more.
My car felt the same actually, only thing is I cleaned my O2 and the car perked up so I thought the headers were awesome at first.

Headers on a NT....... just take em off and let that baby breath!!!! 
I had a non turbo before and put on pacesetter exhaust and headers and i didnt notice a thing???
