I;ve got a crack that extends between runners 2&3 and it's all the way through as i can hear it and feel it when the car is just idling, my question is, can that cause fuel cut like symptoms? (feels like a backfire, cloud of smoke, stuff like that)
would a good size crack in a manifold cause fuel cut like symptoms?

no i'm not saying it's CAUSING fuel cut, but i'm getting what FEELS like fuel cut that i wasn't getting before i noticed the crack.

Nope, it shouldn't feel like fuel cut. You'll experience a lack of power and a drop in psi (boost) at most.K_Mans_TSI said:

it's getting welded tomorrow till i can find another one. my "fuel cut like problem" got worse when the crack got bigger
