New EGT gauge, Palm mount, and 2g shift knob

I made the palm mount out of exhaust strapping like someone else did on this site. The shift knob I ordered from MachV and it's awesome. Its so much better than the shitty metal knob I had on before.

still rocking the stock radio/tape?

Is the palm removable? So, say if you parked in some place you were afraid of stuff getting stolen, you could just stick it in your pocket and be on your way?

Just that much more of a reason to get 5% tint all around

Yea still got the stock cassette player

Everytime I end up having enough money to buy a head unit, I always think of another performance mod that I could buy instead and end up buying it. Yea, the Palm is actually velcroed onto the exhaust strapping so all I have to do is yank it off.

what kinda palm is it? does it have a seriel port on it or is it the kind that has the sliding bar and has about 10 "magnetic" bars? thats the kind I have and it it'll work im picking up the rest of the stuff.

Wasn't originally my idea. Credit goes to flytalon.

To answer your question captain, it has the port where a plastic thing slides up and there are magentic strips. I originally had a cradle to use but it wasnt secure enough. If you look on ebay, look for hotsync serial cables. They plug right into the back of the palm and use clip type things to hold it secure. BTW, it's a Palm IIIxe.

The cable was $49 from the group buy. I ditched the Tunerstein software that comes with it and used MMCD (free software only for OBD-1). So if you're a 2G, you're best bet is pocketlogger software and cable.
