i found this when searching the archive when i was installing my A/F guage..

Okay, this is for the archives. Everyone keeps asking where isthe RIGHT place to tap for your cyberdyne or other air/fuel gauge. Here'sthe info:
These are the connectors on your ECU. If it's installed in thecar, the left side of this diagram is at the bottom of the car, and thelittle tabs that you push to pop the connectors out are at the front ofthe car.
1: 12V power = 2nd pin from right, bottom row, of connector
This wire is RED.
2: O2 signal = 6th pin from left, top row, connector 22P
This is the middle of 3 WHITE wires
3: ground = bottom right pin on connector 22P
This wire is BLACK.
I don't know about you guys, but I've seen a lot of problems withair/fuel gauges (mostly Cyberdynes) that can be solved by connecting thepower and ground for the gauge to the ECU, as above. Try that if you haveweird problems, I bet it'll work.
