I suppose I should have asked this in my other thread about the downpipe. I have a 20g setup on my 2g awd, does anyone make a lower heatshield for this type of setup? Besides fabricating my own, would there be any major negative effects of running w/out a lower heatshield?

You mean a heat shield for the O2 housing? I've been running my car without a heat shield for the past 3 years on my car with no ill effects. Just make sure there's no wiring or heat sensitive things near the housing.

If you got the SSaC o2 dump you better make the dump tube longer ... ! My old radiator was kind of black near the dump, so I'm gonna extend it a bit maybe 5 or 6 inch to dump near the road ...

I'd say just make your dump angle away from anything that you dont want to melt haha
