Here is more progress. I changed the environment reflections.

 

What program are you using? When I was in late middle school and early high school I spent all my free time modeling cars in 3d on the pc.

 

Hey very nice work, I love the 1g.

I use 3D studio max, then render with Vray most of time.

Thanks dsm313, you can always download free Blender and find a good car tutorial on the net and start from there. That is basically what I did. I also went to school for it as well but mostly I thought myself and done some schooling to have on the resume.

I took a 3D modeling course online at Academy of Art, and therefore I want a career creating 3D. I have six years experience and been freelancing for some time now.

Link to software and tutorial? I've been wanting to do stuff like this, just never knew where to start. Cool stuff too man.

 

Blender is free, so go to blender.org and download it. On the site there should be training or in the forums. You can also go to youtube and type car tutorial blender and see what you get. Also check out blendernation.com. I recommend if you are completely new then conquer simple tutorials and get a feel for the interface. It will be confusing at first but don't give up and keep trying, do be afraid to try things and keep at it, you then will see results.

Here is something different. I am only going to post one of these pics now, then wait for the car to be completed before I throw in some crazy backgrounds.

Put a talon bumper on it then I'm down until then it's just an eclipse.

 

I will be creating different versions of this car, so I am sure I will have a Talon front. I will be creating a 1G at some point as well.
