Currently I have bought, well invested in is the better term , a 1995 Mitsubishi GSX, the modifications are as follows:
Garret T25 Turbo [1G Turbo / Rebuilt Ported]
GReddy FMIC w/ Piping
GReddy Type-R BOV
Injen Short Air Intake [Problem Is Here I believe...]
Those are just a short mod list, but the problem is that when ever I start up the car it decides that it doesn't want to Idle correctly or run above 1,500 RPM without hitting the 1,500RPM marker then dieing, or almost dieing [sort of like a stall situation... ] Either way I'm not so sure what's causing it but I've made a recent discovery and just wondering what you all think about the solution I've deducted. When ever I remove the MAF sensor on the intake the problem disappears as far as the 1,500 RPM hit and die situation, but it still idles ruff, [thinking that's a tuning issue] but the solution I've come up with is that the ECU is having problems with the air/fuel ration for some reason possibly due to a defective MAF sensor, to test that theory I just unplugged the MAF sensor from the air intake and it ran flawlessly, little ruff, but that's expected, so assuming this is my problem I hunted around for a decent product I've narrowed it down to this, please express your opinions openly
