I have a VDO boost guage and it wont read past -10 hg and 10-11psi boost anymore!It just started happening recently, and i dont know why.
Sometimes, when i start the car, the vacuum reads properly, but still not boost. This only lasts for a while. When vacuum is working at the moment, and i drop from boost down to vacuum, i see the needle stick or hesitate for only just a barely noticable moment, then it bottoms out at around -20hg as normal...I drive for a little longer, and it will always bottom out at the same spot as where it hesitated before (-10hg).
What should i do or check for?
