They look revised to me. If you can measure them you should see 3mm as the diameter of the hole.

 

They're likely not the "3g" revised lifters. Mitsu actually switched to a larger port lifter during the 2g production. My stock head from a 99 had the same lifters. Most aftermarket revised lifters have that rippled crimped cap on top like your original lifter appears to have.

So essentially I bought stock lifters with bigger holes, would they work better than the original lifters I had, and would they work on my 6 bolt? They look a little shorter.

 

From what I understand the revised lifters are supposed to get rid of the tick

 

1g lifters = small hole/tall

2g lifters = big hole/shorter

3g lifters (not 3g eclipse, 3rd gen 4g63) = big hole/tall like 1g/bigger side hole
