Busted Diff

Yea I had that problem. It was just rear wheel drive. From what i understand the spider gears in the Center Diff are the weakest link in out trannys. Yes both rear wheels would spin at the same time, one would spin going around turns. It was kinda cool cause if you just tappet on the gas the whole rear end ould get squirly like a RWD car. I hope you have a warranty on your car. I took mine to a dealer( big Mistake) they never even figured out what it was. They never even opened the trans. the center diff transfes power to front/rear. the Front and rear diff's transfers power to either side
