I just did a boost leak test on my 98 GST. I've got my MBC turned way up but its only holding 15lbs no matter what. I charged the system with air and i noticed my BOV flange was slightly leaking. Then I started to listen at the TB. It sounds like its leaking but I sprayed it with Windex and its not bubbling? What could it be?

You on the stock BOV? If so get rid of it ASAP.

The BOV is a 1G? If so you may want to get rid of the stock plastic pipe if you haven't already.

Use soapy water, not windex. Make sure you clamp off the lines going to the MBC. More than likley the air you put into the system will leak out the bleader valve on your MBC. Your throttle body leak could be a few things. A bad gasket, either TB or the elbow. It could also be the BISS as you mentioned or alot of the times the TB shaft seals are toasted. These things get real brittle due to aging. Ide also check to see if you are leaking air past the injector insulators.
