You might be low on fluid. Mine sometimes comes on when its real cold outside.

 

I think you're right because it's been on since I bought it and I went to a service station to get the oil changed and it mysteriously disappeared. I bet the service technicians added fluid and this was almost a year ago. I'll check the fluid. Thanks for your help!
